The University of Limerick have a number of generous merit-based scholarships available for Chinese students for the 2021/22 academic yearThe scholarships are based on academic merit and are a reduction in tuition fees. Students do not apply for the scholarship, once they apply for any of the above programmes they will be automatically considered for scholarship. The China Scholarship CouncilThe China Scholarship Council (CSC) is a Chinese government agency which provides scholarships to students for doctoral studies abroad. In conjunction with the CSC, the University of Limerick will offer 25 doctoral scholarships and three visiting doctoral scholarships to students in receipt of a CSC Postgraduate Scholarship. Priority will be given to applicants from the University of Limerick’s partner institutions in China. The following research areas have been identified as priority areas by the CSC:
